The Functional Lead, Process & Project Engineering (m/f/d) supports site technical management by leading the Project and Process Engineering functional cluster to drive technical excellence, site investments, and continuous improvement; you will oversee project engineering, maintenance strategies, and process improvements to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production; you will mentor and develop mechanical and process engineers, provide technical governance (e.g., approval of technical Management of Change), and act as senior interface to regional and global expert communities to strengthen site competitiveness and capability.
