University of Basel invites applications for a fully funded postdoctoral position in Neuroimmunology within the Department of Biomedicine and RC2NB Basel. Qualifikationen

• PhD or MD with relevant research experience.
• Strong independence and teamwork skills.
• Experience with viral vectors and gene engineering.
• Knowledge in immunology, neurology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Engineer human B cells to express a B cell receptor with native-like class switch and maturation.
• Test hypotheses on CNS-resident antibody-secreting cell development.
• Apply molecular biology, flow cytometry, histology, and bioinformatics to experiments.
• Collaborate within an international, integrated team within RC2NB and DBM Basel.
