You will conduct performance reviews and proactively resolve issues to strengthen our supply chain partnerships.Logistics Coordination & Problem Solving: Oversee the inbound logistics process, including freight and customs clearance. You will be the go-to expert for handling urgent delivery situations and managing non-conformance reports to ensure operational continuity.Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our fulfillment process by analyzing order backlogs, identifying root causes for delays, and implementing effective recovery plans.
