Zusammenfassung

AMINA Bank AG is seeking a hands-on Lead Front-End Engineer to take technical ownership of the bank’s client-facing applications, including Online and Mobile Banking, Onboarding and the corporate website.

You will lead front-end engineering teams, own the architecture and roadmap, collaborate with Product, UX and backend teams, and stay close to code through reviews, troubleshooting and development when required.

• Act as the technical owner for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Onboarding and corporate website.
• Lead and coach the frontend engineering team, manage capacity and resource allocation across product domains.
• Drive frontend architecture, standards, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architects, Backend engineers and Security specialists to deliver reliable digital experiences.
• Remain hands-on with design, code reviews, prototyping and development where required.
