Enzian Labs AG is seeking an AI‑savvy product engineer in Zürich to own and advance a startup product. You will handle UI, backend, AI integrations, data flows, and deployment, shipping features and fixing issues as the primary engineer while building with the founder.

You’ll work across frontend and backend, implement reliable AI workflows, and may lead a small team as the company grows. This is a hands-on early-stage role with strong ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Shipped and maintained a full‑stack product with ownership of parts from launch to live operation.
• Experience working across frontend and backend layers, from UI to services and deployment.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs into software and validating outputs for usefulness and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Build the product end-to-end, turning priorities into features and crafting clear, responsive interfaces.
• Own the codebase: keep the application running, understand architecture, and refactor where needed.
• Make foundations dependable: manage APIs, storage, background jobs, and integrations.
• Ship and operate the software: deployment, checks, monitoring, and cost control.
• Use AI effectively: leverage AI tools with judgment and build reliable AI-powered workflows.
• Bring lightweight engineering discipline: plan, backlog, define done, and surface blockers early.
