Job summary

Givaudan in Vernier is seeking a Fragrance Ingredients Business Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional analysis in a global setting.

You will monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to FIB Marketing and leadership, ensuring alignment with regulatory and commercial requirements across Naturals and Molecules.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop medium- and long-term strategy for global Fragrance Ingredients portfolio.
• Analyze portfolio data across sales, volumes, costs, and lifecycle to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Marketing for portfolio validation.
