Zusammenfassung

Givaudan in Vernier near Geneva seeks a Senior Regulatory Data Analyst to join our Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE. You will provide subject matter expertise on chemical regulatory compliance, manage data analyses and deliver monitoring reviews to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory obligations are met.

Qualifikationen

  • University / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a compliance role in chemical or related industry
  • Proficient knowledge of BI, SAP, or other business Intelligence tools. Must also demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g: Python, Javascript, SQL) and AI is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good working knowledge of CCL regulatory requirements and legal guidelines is an advantage
  • Business fluency in English AND French is a must
  • Experience in supporting cross functional groups and teams
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Aufgaben

  • Perform compliance monitoring on all aspects of the CCL (Chemical Control Legislation) to assess compliance with applicable regulations, standards and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the RAPS team and business stakeholders to finalise reports for presentation and submission to relevant boards and sub-committees, in line with the requirements of the plan, including impact analysis for decision making
  • Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights
  • Attending sub-committee’s sessions as required to present monitoring findings and recommendations
  • Support the review/update/development of the regulatory/compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain appropriate, relevant and effective
  • Participate to the development of the solutions to ensure of the compliance globally, the testing and the training of the teams as needed
  • Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards for tracking and managing the compliance
  • Tracking of monitoring actions through to successful resolution
  • Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects
  • Facilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes

As Senior Regulatory Data Analyst (reporting to the Registration & Compliance Lead, Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE), you will work within our Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE – Registration & compliance, you will provide subject matter expertise with chemical regulatory compliance, chemical management and be responsible for by carrying out compliance monitoring reviews to ensure the business is meeting its regulatory obligations and risks are mitigated.

In this role, you will develop, implement and maintain processes, programs to ensure compliance with existing and emerging chemical control legislations.

In This Exciting Role You Will
