Qualifications

• Over 6 years of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning within a multinational environment.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Fluent in English; strong communication with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate corporate planning cycles (budget, forecast, month-end) for ISS.
• Partner with ISS and FP&A stakeholders, providing financial insights.
• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for ISS.
• Prepare monthly P&L, variance analyses, and executive commentary.
• Lead scenario modelling and financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Ensure data quality and governance across financial reporting.
• Drive FP&A automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Support business cases and investment decisions.
