Job summary

IATA Corporate Services is seeking a Manager FP&A, Corporate Planning to coordinate budgeting, forecasts, and medium-term plans, and to challenge assumptions across functions. You will act as a key coordination point between FP&A, Accounting, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of multinational budgeting experience, a university degree in Finance or Accounting, strong Power BI skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning in a multinational environment.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and provide proactive financial insights.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and medium-term plans.
• Challenge assumptions and align planning across FP&A, Accounting and business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive performance packs for CFO and Management Committee.
