Job summary

IATA is seeking a Manager FP&A, Corporate Planning to coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and corporate planning for a multinational organization. You will drive high-quality analysis, partner with senior leaders, and deliver data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

The role focuses on corporate planning, performance reporting, and governance, with exposure to central services and business controllers. Strong English and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning in a multinational environment.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and provide proactive financial insights that influence decision-making.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and medium-term plans.
• Prepare executive performance packs for the CFO and Management Committee.
• Perform scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses across revenue, cost, and macro drivers.
• Drive standardisation of KPIs, planning assumptions, and reporting structures.
• Act as process owner for FP&A cycles (planning, reporting, analysis).
• Guide business partners on best practice to achieve corporate targets.
