Medartis Basel seeks an analytical FP&A and Digitalization Manager to shape group financial planning—from strategic planning to rolling forecasts—and to own digital tools. You design templates, data structures, and dashboards enabling multidimensional P&L analysis and ROI models for acquisitions and product development.

Lead automation of consolidation, SAP/ERP alignment, and data-driven insights for management. Fluent English; German a plus. 100% role based in Basel.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance Analysis and/or FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Experience in financial modelling and group consolidation in a multi-entity environment, based on solid accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in process automation or digitalization projects in finance.
• Very good knowledge of SAP FICO and ERP systems as well as advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Strong Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, dashboarding), Python scripting and an affinity for AI; experience with VBA and planning software such as Anaplan, Jedox or Vena is an advantage.
• Analytical, hands-on personality with an automation mindset, attention to detail and strong ownership, able to communicate complex data clearly and influence stakeholders in an international group.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is an advantage.

To strengthen our Controlling Team in Basel, we are looking for an analytical and hands‑on personality as FP&A and Digitalization Manager.
In this role, you shape the Group's financial planning – from strategic planning through annual budgeting to rolling forecasts – and own the digital tools that make it work. Sitting at the intersection of finance and technology, you build the templates, data structures and dashboards that allow the entire group to contribute, challenge and align on financial outcomes, working closely with Business Units, subsidiaries and Management Reporting.
