Porters is building the operating system for autonomous banking, and this role lets you own outcomes from requirements to design with a team of engineers in a fast-growing fintech. You will personally deliver high‑risk components and scale the system architecture for long‑term success.

You can work in Zurich in person or remotely from Barcelona or Berlin; the tech stack spans Python, REST, AWS, and AI tooling, with ownership and high‑impact delivery at the core of the role.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on IC who ships complex systems and thinks in business outcomes.
• Strong Python, REST API design, and scalable architecture.
• Experience with LLM/agentic tooling and AI integrations.
• Ability to define requirements and drive design from business context.
