Job summary

You will design, build, and operate core software systems, make architectural decisions, and work with founders and users to identify needs and shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven domain expertise with high-agency builder mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to meet location and working-arrangement expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core software systems and product capabilities, from concept to production.
• Make technical and architectural decisions and build reliable, scalable systems.
• Work closely with founders and users to identify needs, iterate quickly, and shape the product and technical roadmap.
