Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our cutting-edge initiatives in Zürich. You will develop and integrate software and systems that enable robotic platforms to perceive, navigate, coordinate, and operate reliably.

You will test, debug, and improve autonomy, sensing, and controls through simulation and real-world evaluation, and drive capabilities from prototypes to robust, repeatable operations with direct ownership and collaboration with founders.

Qualifications

• You must have ability to work with minimal supervision and drive projects to completion.
• Experience with robotics or autonomous systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate software and systems for robotic platforms to perceive, navigate, coordinate, and operate reliably.
• Test, debug, and improve autonomy, sensing, controls, and system performance via simulation and real-world evaluation.
• Collaborate across engineering and deployment to turn prototypes into robust, repeatable real-world operations.
