Flycatcher SA, based in Lugano, is seeking the first senior technical hire to own the codebase, architecture, and delivery of our visual anomaly detection platform. You will take over an existing codebase, define the engineering roadmap, and shape the product as we scale from pilots to production deployments.

Aufgaben

• Own the codebase and lead architecture and delivery.
• Deliver production-ready systems from edge to dashboard and API.
• Be on-site with customers to demonstrate value and gather feedback.
• Plan and execute a hiring strategy for the engineering team.
• Ship API alpha to partners and deploy production systems.
• Improve deployment repeatability and measure facility-level configurations.
• Drive cost-efficient infra and alignment with product pricing.
