Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years building high-quality software systems, ideally across backend, infrastructure or data-heavy workflows.
• Proven experience building LLM-powered applications, agent workflows or workflow orchestration systems.
• Experience designing or improving data pipelines, scraping systems, ETL workflows or batch processing.
• Platform mindset: reliability, observability, testing and developer experience.
• Entrepreneurial ownership: comfortable in ambiguity and own problem areas.
• Bonus: experience with agent frameworks, workflow engines, or data warehouses.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve the agentic workflow platform and reusable tooling for production AI agents.
• Develop high-quality AI infrastructure and data-processing primitives.
• Scale data and scraping pipelines for reliable production use.
• Design efficient data infrastructure with clear data context for AI agents.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to generalize customer workflows into reusable platforms.
• Improve the workflow builder, backend, and developer ergonomics to accelerate delivery.
