NDT Capital Partners GmbH in Steinhausen, Switzerland, invites highly motivated candidates to join as Founders Associate Intern. The role focuses on business development and outreach, strategy and consulting, and marketing, with ownership of projects from day one.

You will gain practical experience across investments, consulting, and entrepreneurship, supported by a small, entrepreneurial team. The internship spans 3 months, starts in Q1 or Q2 2027, with hybrid work options in Steinhausen/Zürich.

Qualifications

• Background in business, finance, technology, or related field.
• Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.
• Availability for a 3-month paid internship starting in Q1 or Q2 2027.
• Openness to work in Steinhausen / Zürich, with hybrid arrangements possible.

The Role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business and take ownership of projects from day one. Your work will focus on business development and outreach, strategy and consulting and marketing.
