THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Zürich team and support our client delivery team in serving investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance clients. At Cloud IB, you will not spend weeks on just a single project. Powered by our proprietary next-generation AI delivery platform, you will work across industries, clients, and deal situations, supporting target searches, market mapping, company screening, and data-driven deal origination. You will work closely with the founding team, which brings decades of M&A experience, and gain hands‑on experience with how AI is transforming M&A workflows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support and review AI‑powered target searches and market mapping
• Understand client requirements and help deliver best‑in‑class insights to leading private equity firms, advisors, and corporates
• Research and gain insights into companies, sectors, and investment themes
• Help build and continuously improve our AI‑driven M&A platform
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of company data to support our clients’ deal teams
• Help identify attractive acquisition targets and investment opportunities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent in German and English
• Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a closely related field is required
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with company and market data
• Curious, ambitious, and excited to work in a fast‑moving startup environment

• Valid authorization to work in Switzerland
