Job summary

On is seeking a Specialist - Footwear Production Quality Control & Quality Assurance in Zurich to lead hands-on QC, safeguard production output, and evolve toward a QA strategy with AI integration.

You will implement QC SOPs, perform AQL checks, train factory teams, and work with cross-functional partners to maintain premium standards for our footwear. English required; Swiss German is a plus. Based at our Zurich factory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, ideally in premium footwear or sporting goods.
• Ability to author and implement QC SOPs and perform AQL-based checks.
• Experience training external/factory teams to align with brand standards.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate discrepancies and improve quality data.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound BU and outbound AQL checks at end of production lines and in warehouse.
• Develop, write, and uphold QC/QA SOPs for quality checks.
• Investigate grading discrepancies and train factory personnel to meet On's standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold QCA and commercialization standards.
• Support integration of AI into quality controls and guide QA strategy evolution.
