On is seeking a Specialist - Footwear Production Quality Control/Quality Assurance in Zurich. You will safeguard production output, perform end-of-line and warehouse QC checks, and evolve toward a broader QA role with AI integrations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in premium footwear QC/QA, strong SOP writing skills, and hands-on AQL experience. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus. Based at the Zurich factory, join a team pioneering performance footwear quality.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in quality control/assurance for premium footwear or sporting goods.
• Ability to author and implement SOPs for QC/QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with AQL inspections, measurement devices, and defect tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Guard production output by ensuring 100% quality of products from factory to warehouse.
• Perform end-of-line inspections and warehouse AQL checks (Welti).
• Develop and uphold QC/QA SOPs and train factory teams to align with On's standards.
