Job summary

KITRO is seeking a Food Waste Consultant / Customer Success Representative to join the remote team. You will manage a client portfolio, mainly in the USA, guiding customers from installation through data analysis and goal setting to reduce food waste.

Fluency in English and Spanish plus another European language is required, with evening hours (12:00–21:00) Mon–Fri. A background in hospitality, sustainability or customer success is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients focused on food waste reduction.

• Support hardware installations and kickoff meetings for onboarding.

Initially, our goal was to reduce daily food waste by recording, analyzing, and making it actionable. Today, we have deployed our solution globally, combining hardware, cloud software, and artificial intelligence to help reduce food waste for a broad range of clients—from hotels and restaurants to medical centers and cruise ships.

With a growing customer base, we are now looking to complement our team with a driven, positive, and open-minded individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Food Waste Consultant / Customer Success Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing customer relationships, ensuring successful implementation, and supporting clients in their food waste reduction journey.

Your mission

As a Food Waste Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on the USA. Your role will include guiding customers through every step of the journey, from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and setting goals. You’ll ensure that they have everything they need to successfully reduce food waste, all while maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with each client.

What's required?

We are looking for someone with hospitality, sustainability or customer success background who is motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English & Spanish and anotherEuropean Language (Portuguese, Italian, French)

Open to working from 12:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday

A strong interest in food waste mitigation practices and sustainability in the food industry.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and efficiently manage your portfolio of customers.

A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn continuously.

Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting

Based in one of the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Netherlands,Spain.

Responsibilities

Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, helping them reach their food waste reduction goals.

Guide customers through their journey: from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and helping them achieve their sustainability targets.

Ensure the quality of data provided by customers and help conduct customer review and goal-setting meetings.

Collect customer feedback to ensure optimal product usage and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and service offerings.

Support with hardware installations and kick-off meetings to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding.

Understand the product inside out and assist customers with any basic technical questions related to our solution.
