With a new aircraft joining the fleet, we are looking for a Flight Attendant to look after our passengers on board and to take ownership of catering and cabin supplies across the entire fleet. If you're a polished, organised, and service-driven professional who understands that true luxury is in the details—and who thrives on both the airborne and ground-based sides of private aviation—this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing operation.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers in flight, and make sure every DAL aircraft is catered, stocked, and impeccably presented before departure. Deliver a personalised, discreet VIP service, including high‑end food and beverage presentation—you set the standard for excellence. Work closely with the flight crew and handle unexpected situations calmly—you're a calm, capable presence at 40,000 feet. Keep strict confidentiality about passengers and their travel—discretion is non‑negotiable.
Order and coordinate catering for all DAL flights—ensuring every journey is provisioned to perfection. Manage relationships with caterers and suppliers at our bases and destinations—you're the face of our operation on the ground. Manage fleet inventory: beverages, amenities, catering equipment, and cabin supplies—keeping everything organised and ready. Track stock levels, anticipate restocking, and keep costs under control—you balance quality with efficiency. Make sure each aircraft is provisioned for its flight duration, destination, and passengers—no detail overlooked. Check cabin condition between flights and report any defects to maintenance—you're the eyes and ears of our fleet. Work with the Operations team and adapt to last‑minute changes—flexibility is key to our success.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of experience, qualifications, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Experience as cabin crew in business aviation or a VIP service environment—you understand the nuances of private aviation. EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) or equivalent—essential for the role.
Fluent English and French—clear communication is essential; other languages are a plus.
Organised and autonomous—comfortable managing stock and suppliers with minimal supervision. Discreet, service‑minded, and calm under pressure—you handle challenges with grace and professionalism. Available for irregular schedules, weekends, and short‑notice flights—you're ready for the dynamic nature of private aviation.

When you join our team, you become part of: A dynamic, international environment—work across two major European aviation hubs. A supportive and professional culture—where your contributions are valued. The opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding its fleet and operations. The chance to make a real difference—your work directly shapes the passenger experience and operational excellence.
