Job summary

Rivia is building a data engine for clinical trial intelligence. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will architect and ship production-grade AI workflows, focusing on agentic systems, LLMs, and end-to-end delivery in a regulated domain.

You will own AI features from design to deployment, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer teams, and stay current with the LLM ecosystem to turn cutting-edge research into reliable products.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LLM ecosystems and hands-on experimentation with new models.
• Experience building and shipping production-grade AI or agentic systems.
• Strong software engineering skills and end-to-end ownership of systems.
• Experience in a VC-backed startup or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship production-grade agentic AI workflows for clinical trial intelligence use cases.
• Translate user workflows and product requirements into pragmatic AI solutions.
• Design and maintain evaluation pipelines with metrics and experiments.
• Implement robust LLMOps practices including tracing, monitoring, cost and latency management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure AI features are usable and impactful.
• Stay current with the LLM ecosystem and translate innovations into practical product advantages.
