Job summary

Revolut is seeking a highly experienced Head of Legal to lead its legal operations in Switzerland. The role involves providing sharp, practical advice on banking and financial regulations, structuring new financial products, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will serve as lead counsel on strategic deals and ensure the business remains compliant within the evolving fintech regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in law or LLM (business, financial, or international law).
• Minimum 10 years of experience advising financial services firms or working at a leading law firm.
• Must be qualified to practice law in Switzerland or have significant expertise in Swiss law.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in French, German, and/or Italian is essential.
