VF Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Vans FP&A team based in Stabio, Switzerland. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across Wholesale and DTC with emphasis on Sales and Margin.

You will ensure data accuracy in financial systems, support monthly forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and management reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Operations to deliver actionable insights for financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in financial planning, business analysis, controlling, or a comparable finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with COGNOS BI, ERP and planning systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in English spoken as well as written.

• Consolidate, validate and upload Budget, Forecast, Actuals, and Long-Range Plan data into reporting systems (BPC) and other tools.
• Perform variance analysis against Forecast, Budget and Prior Year, identifying key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare recurring reporting packages, ad-hoc analyses, management presentations, and reports for senior management.

Let’s talk about the role!

As a Financial Analyst, you will be involved in Vans financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across Wholesale and DTC channels, with a primary focus on Sales and Margin. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data within financial and reporting systems, supporting monthly forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and management reporting.

Working closely with Sales, Planning and Operations teams, you will help deliver meaningful insights that support business decision-making and drive financial performance.

Primary Accountabilities:

Technical skills:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline;

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with COGNOS BI, ERP and planning systems is a plus;
• Proficiency in English spoken as well as written.
