Job summary

SteelcoBelimed is recruiting a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the costing, process excellence and integration agenda across the group. You will lead organizational change, ensure executive alignment, and coordinate ERP and process standardization to enable the future operating model.

Based in Europe, the role requires stakeholder management, risk mitigation and travel across Europe. Fluency in English and experience with SAP FI/CO are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Experience with organizational change and business readiness.
• Experience with standard costing and cost accounting methodologies.
• Experience with SAP transformation and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational and business process transformation for costing initiative.
• Coordinate implementation of target Finance ERP and process standards.
• Drive transformation roadmap to target operating model by 2028.
• Liaise with Finance, Controlling, Operations and IT for alignment.
• Manage dependencies with Post-Merger Integration and Miele integration.
