Zusammenfassung

AMCO | CPM Partners in Switzerland (Zurich or Geneva) seeks a Senior Consultant / Manager for Group Consolidation & Controlling within CFO Advisory and CPM implementation. You will work directly with CFOs on finance transformation, process design, and leading CPM platform deployments, with travel to client sites expected.

You will combine expertise in Group Accounting, Consolidation and Controlling with hands-on design, configuration, testing and roll-out of CPM solutions, enabling smarter

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/CFA are a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in CFO advisory/consulting or audit.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and understanding of finance/controlling processes.
• Experience with group consolidation and Record-to-Report.

Aufgaben

• Challenge and optimize finance processes with senior stakeholders.
• Advise on CPM strategy, roadmaps, and software selection.
• Develop data models and CPM concepts for consolidation, planning, and scenarios.
• Design and implement CPM solutions (Pigment, Tagetik, OneStream or similar).
• Governance setup post go-live: CoE, RACI, and support models.
• Lead project delivery and mentor team members.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Explore automation and AI to create client value.
• Contribute to growth of the consulting team.
