Two.jobs GmbH in Oberkirch, Switzerland seeks a Finance Specialist to strengthen our finance team. You will manage accounts payable/receivable, monitor due dates, handle VAT returns, and prepare monthly financial statements with management.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting.
• At least two years of professional experience, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting.
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in financial accounting including VAT returns and preparation of financial statements.
• Affinity for numbers as well as a structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Service and communication orientation.
• Discreet and responsible handling of financial data.
• Very good German language skills and good IT/ERP user knowledge.

Responsabilités

• You manage accounts payable – from verification and coding to posting.
• You monitor open accounts payable positions and due dates and resolve discrepancies.
• You create, post, and send outgoing invoices.
• You monitor open receivables and incoming payments and manage dunning processes.
• You resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• You assist with payment runs and ongoing financial administration.
• You maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial master data.
• You perform defined controls and reconciliations and identify discrepancies early.
• You prepare VAT returns.
• You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and assist with reporting.
