Our client, a small international company in Zug, is looking for a smart talent.

• Manage account receivables and account payables
• Assistance in the year-end-closings / quarterly-end-closings
• Creating and evaluating investment portfolio statements
• Preparing Management accounts and annual financial statements for companies, associations and trusts
• Profit and loss cash flows
• Balance sheets
• year-end closings / quarterly and monthly closings
• Reportings to the Management
• Group consolidation and budgets and interim statements
• Laise with Auditors, preparation of Audits
• Administer Banking accounts, payments and financing
• Providing Accounting, compliance and analytical support
• Attend meetings with auditors

Your Qualifications

• Commercial Education or Bachelor in Economics
• Federal Diploma in Accounting (finished or attending) with a commercial apprenticeship is an option too
• Several years of Accounting experience
• Expertise in the area of managing Swiss and foreign companies
• German and English fluent
• Strong IT-skills
• Experience in Swiss and International VAT
• Experience in payroll is an advantage
• Some exposure in a Trust company would be an advantage
• age 35- 55 years preferred
