You will manage daily accounting across payables, receivables, and ledgers; review supplier invoices and expenses; support monthly and annual closings; and help ensure VAT compliance and regulatory reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• German language skills would be considered a plus.
• Experience in accounting, finance operations, bookkeeping, or business administration.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Swiss accounting and VAT requirements advantageous.
• Experience using accounting, ERP, and reporting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily accounting transactions across payables, receivables, and ledger activities.
• Review and process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and payment instructions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies where required.
• Contribute to monthly and annual closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Produce financial reporting packages and management summaries.
• Support external audits and coordinate with accounting, tax, and advisory partners.
