Aufgaben

• Manage Swiss payroll activities and ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Review and validate payroll information including changes and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss legal, tax and social security requirements.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve complex queries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers for smooth operations.
• Perform payroll controls, reconciliations and data validation.
• Support payroll-related accounting activities and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide payroll data to Finance and other stakeholders.
