Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Finance Master Data Specialist - Business Partner to create and govern Business Partner master data across the Group. You will work with Finance Transformation and IT to implement automated workflows and ensure data quality for vendors and suppliers.

You will collaborate across brands and legal entities, driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving transformation program.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in a Shared Services Center or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Master Data Management, preferably for Vendor/Business Partner data.
• Experience with SAP Business Partner master data; knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate across functions and geographies.

Aufgaben

• Create, update and maintain Business Partner master data (vendors/suppliers) with checks for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Execute master data activities, resolve data-related requests and document changes for traceability.
• Define and implement standard procedures, controls and governance to harmonize BP creation across countries and entities.
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation to design, test and implement automated workflows via ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Support centralized Shared Services through process standardization, KPIs and continuous improvement.
