Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Finance Master Data Specialist - Business Partner to create and govern Business Partner master data across the Group. You will work with Finance Transformation and IT to implement automated workflows and ensure data quality for vendors and suppliers.

You will collaborate across brands and legal entities, driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving transformation program.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in a Shared Services Center or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Master Data Management, preferably for Vendor/Business Partner data.
• Experience with SAP Business Partner master data; knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate across functions and geographies.

Your Mission in this Role

As Finance Master Data Specialist - Business Partner, based in Stabio, you will bring your unique strengths to the Finance function, helping us to create, maintain and govern Business Partner master data across the Group.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Transformation team and relevant business and technology stakeholders to to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

More Specifically You Will

• Manage the end-to-end creation, update and maintenance of Business Partner master data, initially focusing on vendors and suppliers, and validate requests for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Perform master data activities in the relevant systems, resolve data-related requests, monitor quality and ensure appropriate documentation and traceability of changes.
• Support the definition and implementation of standard procedures, controls and governance rules, helping harmonize Business Partner creation and maintenance across countries, brands and legal entities.
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation on the design, testing and implementation of automated request and approval workflows through ServiceNow, integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Contribute to the evolution toward a centralized Shared Services operating model by supporting process standardization, service levels, KPIs, documentation, user adoption and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• You bring 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a Shared Services Center or Finance Operations, with hands‑on experience in Master Data Management, preferably involving vendor, customer or Business Partner master data.
• You’re skilled in Finance Operations and Procure-to-Pay processes; experience with SAP Business Partner master data is preferred, while knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba is an advantage.
• You’re known for accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving and a proactive continuous‑improvement mindset, and it shows in how you collaborate across functions and geographies and manage stakeholders in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
• You communicate fluently in English.
