Swiss Re is seeking an experienced Finance Audit Manager within Group Internal Audit. You will lead end-to-end audits across the Finance value chain, applying deep IFRS/financial reporting expertise and coaching audit teams.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of IFRS 17/9 accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in external and/or internal audit, or related finance roles in insurance.
• Strong governance, risk, and internal controls understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; fluent English.
• Strong documentation, process walkthroughs, narratives, flowcharts, testing.
• Experience managing stakeholders and teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, or similar.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end audit engagements across Finance processes, including governance, risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, supervise, and review audit work, including walkthroughs, testing, procedures, and advisory engagements.
• Prepare and present concise audit reports with evidence-based observations and clear recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with management and communicate audit progress and findings.
• Continuously assess emerging risks and contribute to biannual Internal Audit Plan.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
