Lombard Odier Group is seeking a Business Application Support Specialist – Finance to ensure stability and performance of banking applications for employees and clients. The role focuses on functional support across finance and accounting platforms with emphasis on SAP and reporting tools.

You will collaborate with development and production teams, train users, and drive improvements in day-to-day Finance IT processes to sustain service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in IT or Finance with 5+ years of experience in Banking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Solid understanding of banking and financial operations and accounting principles.

Aufgaben

• Identify, resolve and troubleshoot functional support issues for finance and accounting applications.
• Participate in quality controls and document new releases and notes.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and services are reliable.
• Escalate major incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Organize regular meetings with bank partners for escalated cases and monitor ticket backlog.
• Analyze balance sheet data in SAP.
