Job summary

FFI Advisory is seeking an experienced Finance Systems professional to administer SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related planning/reporting tools from Basel. You will ensure data quality, governance, and readiness for monthly financial cycles, while supporting closing activities and producing insightful reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance or related field and several years in FP&A/Finance analytics, with strong SAC and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business Administration or related field.
Several years of experience in Finance Systems, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Business Analytics or similar.
Practical experience with SAC or similar planning and reporting platforms.
Strong Excel skills with data analysis, reconciliations and reporting.
Knowledge of master data management, data governance and user access administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Administer and support SAC and related finance planning and reporting applications.
Ensure data quality, master data governance and system readiness for planning cycles.
Support month-end closing activities through data validation, reconciliations and reporting.
Maintain financial master data, structures and reporting hierarchies.
Manage user access, permissions and periodic access reviews in line with governance.
Investigate and resolve system issues with Finance and IT teams.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical tools for business decisions.
Create training materials and deliver system training to internal stakeholders.
Drive improvements through automation, standardization and process optimization.
Act as central point of contact for Finance Systems across the organization.
