Swiss Re is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst (Working Student) to join Group FP&A & Investor Relations in Zurich. You will gain exposure to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making, financial markets communication and capital allocation while collaborating with Finance, Strategy, Treasury and Business Units.

The role offers hands-on experience across budgeting, reporting, and investor materials, with a 50-80% schedule and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
• High level of integrity and professionalism with confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Support financial performance analysis and reporting across Swiss Re's businesses, identifying key trends and drivers.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analyses for senior management, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual financial results materials, Investor Day and other key investor events.
• Conduct research on financial markets, re/insurance industry trends, sell-side research and shareholder developments for external insights.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining reporting materials and improving workflows with analytics/AI.
