UNESCO Geneva invites applications for the Finance & Administrative Officer (Education) role within the IBE. Based in Geneva, you will ensure efficient administration of financial and human resources under applicable rules and procedures.

The post carries fixed-term status and a two‑year duration. You will oversee budget preparation, contract management, financial reporting, donor reporting, and asset management while coordinating with central services and UNESCO HQ.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Additional 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the Administrative Unit staff and prioritize daily tasks.
• Oversee financial services: budget prep, accounting, internal control, travel management.
• Coordinate HR matters: staffing actions, recruitment, performance assessments, training.
