Job summary

Suisselle SA in Geneva is seeking a motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to support day-to-day operations, data processing and controls within an international setting. You will work closely with the Finance team on SAP Business One transactions and reporting, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving business environment.

The role requires a solid foundation in accounting and a keen eye for detail, with strong Excel skills and numerical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Familiarity with AP/AR, invoices, payments and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day accounting and finance operations including AP/AR, payments and reconciliations.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in SAP Business One.
• Review and validate financial transactions and supporting documentation for discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting.
• Extract and consolidate financial and sales data from SAP for management reporting.
• Support Excel analyses and creation of management reports.
