You are currently enrolled in an MPC 3+1 or Bachelor’s program, available for 12 months, with basic accounting knowledge, detail‑oriented, a team player, and familiar with IT environments/ERP.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an MPC 3+1 or Bachelor’s degree program.
• Available to complete a 12‑month internship.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Strong attention to details and figures oriented.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Familiar with IT environment / ERP is preferred.
• Rigorous and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, such as purchase requisitions and orders.
• Follow‑up purchase orders (PO) and invoice processing.
• Coordinate activities between Accounts Payable and Procurement teams.
• Create vendors in the ERP and maintain vendor database.
• Reconcile invoices with POs and receipts; follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Manage the archives.
• Support processing and resolution of email inquiries handled by Procurement and Accounts Payable teams.
