Job-Room, a well-established Swiss technology company, seeks a Field Service Specialist to service robotic systems across the Greater Zurich Area. The role involves maintenance, diagnostics, installations and customer training to ensure high-value solutions.

You will travel within Switzerland, diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic issues, and provide on-site and remote support in a fast-paced environment. German and English are essential; French/Italian are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Technical apprenticeship in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics or related field.
• Experience maintaining or servicing robotics or automation systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.

To strengthen its technical service organization, we are looking for a motivated and hands\\-on professional as Field Service Specialist (m/f/d).

Your role

• Perform maintenance, servicing and repair work on sophisticated robotic technical equipment and systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues
• Prepare, configure and test equipment before delivery and installation
• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site
• Conduct customer training and technical instruction
• Assist with product installations, commissioning and acceptance procedures
• Document service activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Technical apprenticeship or vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering, automation or a related field
• Experience in maintenance, repair or servicing of robotics, automation equipment, inspection systems, measurement devices or other advanced technical systems
• Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve problems pragmatically
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
• Good German and English language skills, French and/or Italian would be an advantage
