Qualifikationen

• Proven work experience as a Refrigeration/Cooling Appliances Repair Service Technician or similar role.
• Valid authorization to work with refrigerants in industrial applications.
• Swiss Federal Certificate of Capacity as Installer-Electrician or equivalent license.
• GxP environment experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, knowledgeable, and quality repairs of Customers’ appliances.
• Maintain high-quality Customer service and care.
• Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the Customer experience.
• Communicate benefits of the Value-Added Services Process to the Customer.
• Author maintenance & calibration protocols in line with pertinent standards (ISO, USP).
• Integrate with the Customer Service Engineers on site, performing frontline assistance and qualification of simple devices.
