Zusammenfassung

CERN is seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join the EOSC Mesh project, supporting open science and reproducible computational research across Europe. You will work on the NASCENT EOSC Federation and contribute to cross-node federated analysis workflows.

You will collaborate with researchers to deploy, operate and monitor services on the Kubernetes cloud and help develop the REANA reproducible data analysis platform at CERN.

Qualifikationen

• Eligibility: You are a national of CERN Member State or Associate Member State; nationals from some countries excluded as per Article II.5.
• By the deadline you have max 2 years of professional experience since graduation and your highest degree is bachelor’s or master’s.
• You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
• Pay attention to the additional criteria for this position.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with EOSC project partners on federated analysis workflow infrastructure and related use cases.
• Contribute to the CERN Node evolution within the EOSC Federation, enabling researchers to analyze large open data.
• Deploy, operate and monitor services on the Kubernetes cloud.
• Provide researchers with support for cross-node computational data analysis.
• Participate in operating and developing the REANA reproducible data-analysis platform.
