Job summary

Bell Food Group in Oensingen is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the building infrastructure at the new development. The role includes inspections, small repairs, and supervising external trades, with on-call flexibility and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Preferred candidates will have an apprenticeship in a trade, several years of maintenance experience, and good German language skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational apprenticeship in a trade.
• Several years of maintenance experience.
• Good written and spoken German.
• Knowledge of building management systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to be on call and respond to unforeseen situations.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular inspections, maintenance and upkeep on the building’s infrastructure.
• Carrying out minor repairs and rectifying faults in technical systems and equipment independently.
• Proactively identifying defects and taking appropriate maintenance measures.
• Coordinating and supervising external service providers and tradespeople.
• Assisting with operation and monitoring of HVAC systems and their control via the building management system.
• Managing spare parts and assisting with waste management at the Südring site.
