Bell Food Group in Basel is seeking a dedicated mechanic to maintain and service the automated conveyor systems and related machinery across the cutting plant. You’ll work with your team to troubleshoot and perform repairs to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a completed vocational training as a mechanic or mechatronics technician with at least two years’ experience; German language skills are necessary, and willingness to work shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic or mechatronics technician with at least two years’ professional experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written German; knowledge of French would be an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Independent, reliable, able to work under pressure, flexible and motivated.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance and repair of conveyor systems and machines.
• Troubleshooting on mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Modification and optimisation of existing systems.
• Coordination of work with Production and external parties.
• Responsible for health and safety within duties.
• Establishing and developing TOP X within the area of responsibility.
