FIA, Geneva headquarters, is seeking a Data Scientist to design, test and deploy data solutions transforming motorsport data into actionable insights, enabling real-time decisions trackside and data-driven design of regulations. You will handle telemetry time series, images and regulatory documents across championships, working end-to-end from PoC to production, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Data Science / AI or related field.
• Extensive Python software development experience.
• Significant experience with pandas, numpy, PySpark.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, SciPy, XGBoost, PyTorch.
• Experience with ML lifecycle and MLOps (MLFlow or similar) for versioning, registry and experiment tracking.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to learn continuously and work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
• English fluent; French appreciated.

• Own end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering and PoC to production-ready deployment.

• Stay updated on state-of-the-art time series and multi-modality ML approaches.
