Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a CAD/PLM Engineer Solutions Architect to design, maintain and improve CAD/PLM landscapes with a focus on 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, and SAP integrations in a high-performance motorsport setting. The role centers on translating engineering and race operations requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, you will support design, engineering and race operations, ensuring robust data flows and stable system performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in CAD/PLM roles within complex engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE or CATIA V6 with CAD/PLM workflows.
• Experience integrating CAD/PLM with ERP systems (SAP) and data management.
• Excellent stakeholder management; fluent English; German helpful.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert support to designers, engineers, and key users on PLM and CAD.
• Administrate, configure, and improve CAD/PLM across 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA.
• Lead independent CAD/PLM projects and interface definitions.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders; define integrations and automation.
• Deliver specifications crossing engineering, SAP, IT architecture.
• Assist with 3DExperience platform upgrades and stability efforts.
