Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a CAD/PLM Solutions Architect based in Hinwil, Switzerland, to design, maintain and improve the CAD/PLM landscape with a focus on 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA and SAP integration. You will translate racing and manufacturing needs into scalable technical solutions and provide user support and trainings.

The role requires 5–10 years in CAD/PLM, strong stakeholder management, and experience with REST APIs. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline
• Experience in minimum two CAD/PLM fields: user support, administration, continuous improvement, design/engineering, solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of CAD/PLM platforms, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE (or CATIA V6) including configuration and workflows
• Experience with CAD/PLM integrations, data management, release and change processes, and supplier-led implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management with engineering, manufacturing, IT and vendor stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to designers, engineers and key-users for PLM and CAD issues and processes
• Administrate, configure and improve the CAD/PLM system across 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA
• Independently execute projects related to CAD/PLM systems and interfaces
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders; define technical concepts, integrations and automation requirements
• Provide specifications and implementation approaches aligned with engineering, race operations, manufacturing and SAP
• Support and lead 3DExperience platform release upgrades ensuring stable operation
