Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable F&B standards Provide daily administrative support to the Food & Beverage (F&B) department and management team Coordinate and maintain F&B schedules, meetings, appointments, and departmental activities Prepare, organize, and maintain F&B reports, records, documents, and filing systems Assist with preparation and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and payment documents Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, finance, purchasing, and other internal departments Maintain accurate records of F&B inventory, stock movements, orders, and deliveries Assist with monitoring departmental budgets, expenses, and cost-related documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required Support menu updates, pricing documentation, promotional materials, and other F&B administrative requirements Coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, and other F&B activities Handle correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and general enquiries professionally Ensure F&B administrative documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed Follow up on pending requests, orders, invoices, and operational matters to ensure timely completion Support the F&B Manager/Director with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects
