Lonza seeks a Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance to provide enterprise-wide leadership across Global Business Services, Corporate Accounting & External Reporting, Group Tax, Group Treasury, and Process Excellence. Reporting to the Group CFO, this role unifies critical capabilities, strengthens governance, and shapes Lonza's long-term financial strategy.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of senior Finance leadership across corporate finance, accounting, treasury, tax, or related functions.
5–10 years of strategy and M&A experience, including complex transactions.
Proven experience leading large, global Finance organizations in multinational environments.

Aufgaben

Provide strategic leadership across Global Business Services, Corporate Accounting & External Reporting, Group Tax, Group Treasury, and Process Excellence.
Lead a senior leadership team of Vice Presidents and their organizations.
Drive transformation of Lonza's global service delivery model and standardization across Finance functions.
Oversee Group accounting & external reporting, ensuring timely, compliant financial reporting.
